I was check-in by myself and i really did not nave The time to put and wrap The identification tag on my bag. My bag was carried away by the eletric band. I immediately call an operator but she refused to stop The band. I saw my bag go away with no Id and i could not do nothing. I went to customer care easyjet they said, this happens quite often with The new easyjet checkin system. I went through security up to my gate, told the assistants, but they said that they would have sent my luggage with The next flight to MAlpensa. One day and a half has passed but i haven t received my luggage yet. I told easyjet operators my luggage contains important medicines. |
