I lost my laptop while checking my hand luggage at Heathrow Terminal 2 airport on April 10 at 20:30, as I had a flight from London to Colombia with Avianca Airline, flight AV121 at 22:05. While they were checking my wifes luggage, I went to help her communicate with the person in charge of the check since she doesnt understand English, the official checked the liquids in her luggage and then let us continue, however, after doing that, I forgot to take my laptop back as it had been placed alone on a tray no charger.As proof that I am the owner, I have the warranty manual, and the laptop charger and I can even send the purchase invoice that I made through Amazon. |
