Hello,Last Tuesday, November 12, I flew from New York JFK to TLV Israel, passing through Rome FCO and Bucharest OTP.Flight numbers:- AZ609- RO404- RO155Pictures attached.Booking reference:- O3ZP4VWhen checking in on the airline desk at JFK I needed to check two suitcases and therefore after putting both suitcases on the scales the agent took me to his supervisors on the front desk to complete the payment.The proccess took a bit long since they had some issues so when we finished it they said I need to hurry up because my flight was leaving soon so they said that the agent would take care of finishing the sending proccess of both suitcases and that I go quickly to pass the security check so I dont miss the flight. I got an invoice and the two suitcases tickets were attached to my boarding pass.- Invoice picture attached.Both suitcases ticket numbers I got:- 0 055 AZ 513318 the missing one- 0 055 AZ 513320Pictures attached.Then I flew to FCO and then to OTP arriving to my final destination, TLV, Wednesday, November 13 at 23:30.When arriving to TLV only one suitcase had arrived with me, the other one which was the main one containing all my belongings including all my clothes, shoes, gifts, chocolates, high sentimental value things and expensive items, was gone. I made the complaint with the Laufer agency which works with you and waited for an answer. Each day I called them, Tarom, ITA Airways, OTP airport, FCO airport, JFK airport and TLV airport, several times but each one said they dont have how to help me.Laufer complaint number:- TLVRO10844Picture attached.Meanwhile I really needed my belongings urgently for several reasons.At the end, today after having to travel to TLV airport to talk to them and try to look for my suitcase all over the airport, I started calling everyone again with my mothers help and after 5 hours of trying at the end we made it to a certain JFK airport extention in which the agent told us that he found the suitcase and it was outside the ramp by where the airplanes are and had no ticket on it and thats why it didnt go on my flight originally.Now, I hope, Ill be receiving it on this Thursday, November 21 by 23:30.I am willing to know who is the responsible to take care of this failure and how am I supposed to get the compensation for all this inconvenience, adding also the strong and terrible emotional inconvenience due to the incertitude.Please contact me immidiately. |
