| Location Details: | I have apple tags in my luggages and it shows its just sitting there in terminal 3. I am assuming at the baggage claim area as we were all waiting for our luggages and was told that they cannot unload our luggages. Please help BA get these luggages sent back to us. The baggage numbers are BA254914 and BA254899. |
| Additional Information: | Both luggages are black upright hard case. One is about 24 inches in height and has a blue strap in the middle. The other one is a tall trunk style luggage. Should be taller than all the other luggages. It has 3 locks on the side 2 combo. Its square from a birds eye view. I have attached my Apple air tag location on this claim. Please let us know how we can expedite this process. |
